What counts as a payment event?
An ingested authorization, decline, settlement, refund, reversal, chargeback, or other supported payment record counts as one event when analyzed.
What happens if we exceed our monthly allowance?
We will notify you before the limit is reached. You may upgrade immediately or use predictable overage pricing once that schedule is finalized.
Can we invite more team members?
Yes. Upgrade to the next plan whenever you need more included collaborators. Enterprise supports an unlimited team.
Can we upload historical data?
Yes. CSV upload is included in every plan. API-based historical ingestion begins with Understand.
Can we connect multiple processors?
